1. Indicadora and these terms

These terms apply to your use of indicadora.com, your early-access account and IndiVision. Contact Indicadora at policy@indicadora.com with questions or complaints. Please read these terms and our Privacy Policy before creating an account. If you do not agree to these terms, do not create an account or use the service.

2. Panel and founding access

Panel is a wardrobe-mounted personal stylist concept in development. The website's scenes, video, outfit suggestions and screen demonstrations illustrate the intended experience; they are not a promise that every shown feature is available today.

Joining founding access registers your interest and gives access to the features currently offered on the website. It is not a purchase, deposit, reservation or guarantee of a device, delivery date or final specification. Any expected Panel price and subscription plans shown are indicative. Final product details and any purchase terms will be provided before orders open.

3. Your account

You must be at least 16 to use the service. Provide an email address you control, keep your sign-in details secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not impersonate others or create accounts to bypass usage limits.

4. IndiVision and its limits

IndiVision analyses photos of clothing, shoes and bags to describe visible condition, suggest care and return an estimated condition score and confidence. It may miss damage, misinterpret lighting or make other mistakes. Confidence reflects the available evidence, not a guarantee of accuracy.

IndiVision does not authenticate brands, establish ownership or value, certify safety, or detect hidden defects. Review results against the actual item. Follow the item's care instructions and seek a qualified specialist when a decision needs professional judgement. Saved reports from an earlier version remain historical outputs and are not revalidated by the current model.

5. Complimentary allowance and payments

Early access currently includes a limited complimentary allowance. Successful analyses use the applicable allowance; failed analyses do not. Retrieving an already completed scan does not require a second analysis. The allowance is not cash, cannot be transferred and is not a promise of unlimited access.

No payment card is needed for current early access. New purchases, top-ups and renewals are not available. Earlier account balances and transaction records are preserved, and these terms do not remove rights arising from previous purchases. Any future paid service will show its price and terms before you choose to buy it.

6. Your photos and feedback

You retain your rights in the content you submit. Only upload content you own or have permission to use, and avoid unnecessary personal information about yourself or others.

You give Indicadora the permission needed to store, process and transmit your submissions to its service providers to perform your requested analysis, display saved results and handle feedback or support. This is not a blanket licence to publish your photos or train models on them. The current processing and retention practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use and ownership

Do not upload unlawful content, infringe others' rights, attempt to access another person's data, disrupt the service, bypass security or allowance checks, or use automated requests to abuse the service. Indicadora's branding, designs and software belong to their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership of them to you.

8. Availability, changes and closing an account

This is an early-access service. Features and availability may change as we learn from testing, and maintenance or failures may interrupt access. We may restrict access when reasonably needed for security, unlawful activity or a material breach of these terms. Where practical and appropriate, we will explain restrictions and give you an opportunity to contact us.

You may stop using the service at any time and request account closure or a copy of your information at policy@indicadora.com. We will explain material changes to these terms and seek fresh agreement where required; a policy update does not create consent to unrelated uses of your data.

9. Responsibility and your legal rights

The limitations of an early-access AI assessment do not remove any rights you have under applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The service is offered for personal use. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for business losses or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable from a breach of these terms. We remain responsible where the law requires us to be.

10. Questions and disputes

Please contact policy@indicadora.com first so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing mandatory protections or court rights that apply where you live.
